    Prayer to the Holy Spirit

    Come Holy Spirit fill the hearts of the faithful and enkindle in them the fire of Thy love.
    Send forth Thy spirit and they shall be created and Thou shall renew the face of the earth.

    O God, who by the light of the Holy Spirit, did instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant, that by the power of the Holy Spirit, we may be truly wise and courageous in following the Gospel, and use our charismatic gifts to the full, in preparing the way for the coming of Thy Kingdom.

    We make this prayer through Christ Our Lord. Amen.

    Common Prayer to The Holy Sprit

    Come, Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful.
    And kindle in them the fire of your love.
    Send forth your Spirit and they shall be created.
    And you will renew the face of the earth.

    Lord, by the light of the Holy Spirit
    you have taught the hearts of your faithful.
    In the same Spirit help us to relish what is right
    and always rejoice in your consolation.
    We ask this through Christ our Lord.
    Amen.
