    Chp  275. Avarice and the Foolish Rich Man.

    Jesus has cured sick people and has spoken to the crowd on the subject of wealth unjustly attained and detachment therefrom, as is necessary in everyone who wishes to gain Heaven and is essential in those who want to be His disciples. He is now replying to the questions of this or that rich disciple, who is somewhat upset by such requirement.

    John, the scribe, says: « Must I destroy what I have, thus depriving my family of what is due to them? »
    « No. God gave you some property. Let it be useful to Justice and make just use of it. That is, assist your family by means of it, which is your duty; treat your servants humanely, and that is charity; help the poor, and the poor disciples in need. Your wealth thus will not be a hindrance, but an aid. »

    Then addressing the crowds He says: « I solemnly tell you that also the poorest disciple can be in the same danger of losing Heaven through attachment to riches, if he acts against justice by coming to terms with rich people, after he has become a priest of Mine. A rich or wicked man will often endeavour to seduce you with gifts to make you agreeable to his way of living and to his sin.

    Rich in Charity to Imitate God. Who Gives. The Giver of Life.
    In the Beginning God create Man to fillup Heaven.  From the Earthly Paradise transport directly to the Heavenly Paradise.

    What was it like then with no Evil, No Sin?
    Evil had been cast down to Hell. 

    The Gates of Heaven was not Shut at that point in time.

    God was in Man and was with Man.  There was no Evil present in Man nor upon the Earth.

    Paradise was not yet destroyed.

    When we are able to visualize what God had destined and Thought, then we know.  So now the rest of the problem is how do we live according to this Thought?

    God sent Jesus to show us the way to getting there.

    God created man to live free and in joy, peace, happiness. 

    After the fall, and after Noah, Good

    Abraham, Faith

    with Moses Law

    God brought Law and order to bring a destroyed and ruined by Sin man back to a place where he can stand and understand and receive God's Wisdom.  

    What is Religion?  A belief in something?  A Belief in God, a way to live, holy, pure, good, pious, charity.  Life. It becomes life.  Discipline.

    the world is undisciplined it is in pride and rebelliousness. This poison spreads everywhere, creating stench that rises to Heaven. 

    This is Satan's thought, to have man so full of the Stench of Sin that rises to Heaven in constantly, that God looks down and passes Judgment on rebelliousness and disobedience.  The enemy uses every means, we do not even think of because his intelligence is used for Evil. Completely bent.  This thinking and ways cannot become engrained in you, us. We are not to imitate this monster.
    To Focus and look at the Sun. 

    What was Adam and Eve's faults?

    1. To know 'Evil.'  They wanted to know it.  Understand it.  They were not like us, fallen and our senses becoming alive.    Tweaked

    This was their fault.

    The Lord said, "do not eat of that Tree."  He said this to keep them from "Death". For in that day you do, you will die.  Die from what?  Grace. No longer true souls, becoming flesh. The flesh becoming something it was not meant to be.
    This brought a whole other set of thought.  Death. Vice. Vice is a Virus that is a spiritual virus attacking the souls.  Giving it death.  Turns the soul in to an inate lose of Light and Grace being.

    They were living souls in flesh and blood. They were completely different from us.

    We are the result of them falling.  Falling from Grace, elevated by Grace, to becoming living flesh and blood. 

    We need to understand that man was created to be an angel like, in flesh.
    Been give this body to enjoy the creation.  To learn to love.  To grow in love, peacefully, gracefully, with no malice, no Evil. 

    God created man to be Rich in Spirit. Not in things that have no life in them that is really worth nothing.  These things attach to the senses.

    What are the five senses?

    Sight, hearing, smell, touch, feel, taste, all these are 'flesh.'

    What is spiritual sense?  Not any of these.  

    Man is the unique creation here in all of creation.  Been given these senses. But it was not like it is today, after the Fall from Grace.

    Through Christ and The Sacraments, we have a way back to what it was in the beginning.

    Some people do not have their senses tweaked to overdrive. Some have a good sense, while others the senses are way out of bounds.

    Through the Sacraments, especially the Eucharist receiving Both, we return to being true spirits.  The Holy Spirit comes to Rest on us, fills us, we possess the Holy Spirit and He possesses us.  In the Best way. We become recreated and return back to God.
    Starting here on the earth.  
    God wants you to fulfill His will.  Love. Be true children.
