    Have and take the Crucifix, Jesus says Scaffold, because He was nailed to a Scaffold, which the Jews called Crucify!

    So however your spirit desires to honor Jesus' Passion:  Scaffold or Crucifix.

    Sit with legs crossed on the floor or on a bench -- whatever is comfortable because you will pray for a few hours in one sitting meditating and listening to your Lord, yourself, the Holy Spirit, and the noisy demon who comes to make you stop praying. Press forward, helps to build mental strength, fortitude, temperance, piety.

    Sprinkle holy water allover liberally. not drops.

    Take the Rosary, make the sign of the cross or Tau, and say I venerate and bless you Most Holy Virgin. Bow.
    Sit and place a good sized Crucifix where your feet are > X < heal side; not toe side is top where the Crucifix will slide around.

    Say the In the Name of the Father,... Son...Holy Spirit... for the Blessed Mother. Whatever you like that is from the heart.
    try not to be mechanical and robotic for the entire of this.  Be free and loving.

    Sprinkle as much holy water as makes you comfortable.  Jesus said to liberally use the lustral waters. Means not drops but sprinkle away. Toss it everywhere.

    Pray the Rosary starring into the Crucifix and eventually everything becomes different.  The Light comes and your vision is no longer clear human sight but, spiritual lights.. the fumes of concupiscence causes this..

    Remain in concentration of each mystery while starring at the Cross.  One decade that is ten hail Mary's should take about 10 minutes or longer depending on what is being presented to you.  Enter into the mystery of spiritual lessons.  For those that love the atmosphere that comes, and really who wants to leave such wonderous --lack of proper words-- time with God the Holy Mother, Holy Spirit, !! I cannot say what this is in words other than, spiritual union of a higher nature where you are in a vortex.   Waves and waves lights, gleaming, yellowish-gold, white.

    You want holy lights, peace and comfort.

    prayer becomes delightful done this way

    **for the elderly and those who have ailments, use one ankle or place something in the middle where the Crucifix is close proximity to your vision and contemplatively gaze into it.  Not far away. The closer the better.  Just let go, and say, God is All Peace and tranquility, serenity.  God is Pure, Holy, all Good, Sweetness, etc.,.

    The Mysteries of Sorrows is a great time to:

    As the Magdelene kissed His feet, anointed with Perfumes His feet, hands, and His hair we can do this in spiritual prayer union.

    Jesus is God and Time is not in Heaven. The Eternal Present.

    Thus as Jesus is in the garden of sorrows, one kisses his hands and anoints His hair. One takes a cloth to wipe the Blood which burst from His Veins to cover His entire Body.

    Love makes this possible. To those who can hear.

    At the Scourging: One places themselves facing Jesus to cover His Face from being Stricken by the 7 strands that have tiny hammers at the ends which digs into the skin tearing it. Imagine your face being stricken by these hammers and 7 of them with force.

    At the Crowning of Thorns: One places ones head in place of His to have instead this Crown.
    The Lord said, that the Crown pierced His Forehead right dead center where His Blood streamed down the center of His Nose and dripped onto His Mustache and into His Mouth. Drizzled into His Mouth which was struck with fists and other materials.

    At the Carrying of the Cross: Where one takes His Cross and carries it for Him. One, anoints His Wounds on both knees, the Shoulder where the Scaffold dug into and tore the skin.

    At the Crucifixion. Instead of Disma and the other one, take up one or the other's position and give Jesus consolation for His Death. By His Side. Amen.

    Jesus would then greatly repay a hundredfold for your love. It is all about love. This how we show our love.
