Galatians 5
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is, 1 charity, 2 joy, 3 peace, 4 patience, 5 benignity, 6 goodness, 7 longanimity, 23 8 Mildness, 9 faith, 10 modesty, 11 continency, 12 chastity. Against such there is no law.
24 And they that are Christ's, have crucified their flesh, with the vices and concupiscences.
25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.
Where else do we see the 12 Fruits bearing from the Tree of Life?
Apocalypse 22
2 In the midst of the street thereof, and on both sides of the river, was the tree of life, bearing 'twelve' fruits, yielding its fruits every month, and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
The Tree of Life is God in Three Persons, thus three instances of it in Paradise, each bearing 12 fruits for its inhabitants to eat.

The Many Deeds of the Flesh

Galatians 5
19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are 1 fornication, 2 uncleanness, 3 immodesty, 4 luxury, 20 5 Idolatry, 6 witchcrafts, 7 enmities, 8 contentions, 9 emulations, 10 wraths, 11 quarrels, 12 dissensions, 13 sects,
21 14 Envies, 15 murders, 16 drunkenness, 17 revellings, and such like. Of the which I foretell you, as I have foretold to you, that they who do such things shall not obtain the kingdom of God.
As Jesus has mentioned in PoMG sin is infinite there is no end to it. So we can add numbers 18 to infinity to the verse above. You can cut off a piece here and there, but, it grows back! Thus just like a tree, that grows new shoots, you have to prune them. Apply the shears, and dig the ground. It's a constant work in progress. Yes, that's the reality. Otherwise they grow over, covering everything, and this is the same as being overcome by sin. Thus the vice of Sloth. So, when it crops up you prune it. Avoid all the places that evil sowers inhabit, tv, movies, etc.,. This is the surest way to keep new shoots from cropping up.
Remain in the Light, remain in Jesus, in the Vine, His Blood is the Medicine.
